About the Founder. Nicole Harvey.
Founder of empowHER | Leader in Ecommerce | Advocate for Women in Business
Nicole Harvey is the driving force behind empowHER, a community platform dedicated to elevating women in business. With years of experience leading in the ecommerce industry, Nicole worked closely with top brands like Crunch Labs, Bobbie, and Mary Ruth Organics—helping them build strong customer relationships and scale in the DTC space.
She founded empowHER with a mission: to create the room that women in business have always deserved. A space where mentorship, real conversations, and meaningful collaboration lead to actual growth. Whether hosting events, providing mentorship, or fostering community, Nicole is dedicated to breaking down barriers for women in a traditionally male-dominated industry.
When she’s not working, you’ll find Nicole traveling the world—immersing herself in new cultures and finding inspiration in the people and places she encounters.
